We are looking for UK based Sales Executives and Business Development Managers with a heavy leaning towards New Business Development, who have previously sold solutions or services (ideally SaaS based) to Pharma. This is a new team build, so we have opportunities in Pre-Sales, Internal Business Development and also field based Business Development. The roles will all be focused on developing new business across various territories in the UK, US and Europe.

The company is extremely big on personal development, so are looking for ambitious, proactive and driven self starters to get stuck in, to capitalize on a real opportunity and go for it! The company is poised for growth, so it’s highly likely that these roles will develop into more senior positions as the company grows.

A bit of background info on the Company

They are a young and ambitious UK based company with deep expertise in Data Management Solutions and Services for Pharma and Lifesciences companies across Europe and the US. Of real significance, is that they have developed a unique and market leading solution that enables their Pharma clients to remain compliant with incoming regulations, hence there is a substantial opportunity for growth.

So who and what am I looking for?

If I was baking a cake, there would be four key ingredients:

1. You would be based in the UK and able to get to their SE office once a week
2. Experience selling solutions or services (eg SaaS) in a consultative style and very much focused on developing new business
3. Experience selling into Pharma, Biotech or Lifesciences
4. Last, but definitely not least.. a robust and positive attitude, combined with a passion for personal growth and development. A great work ethic, drive, courage, discipline, resilience, action focused and an intense desire to perform at a high level.
