They are not a big corporate entity, and as such you would need to be comfortable in a smaller organization where your BD expertise will be intrinsic to the success of the organisation. You would have internal sales support, scientific support and operational support teams to assist you, so the ideal person will be comfortable working and developing relationships both internally and externally.
We are looking for a proven Business Development Director with solid experience selling clinical stage CRO services to Pharma. You would be based in The Netherlands, Belgium or Germany and be OK with up to 35% travel. In the ideal word, we hope to see people with solid CRO Sales or BD experience, combined with a robust scientific or research background, however we recognize the ideal World rarely exists, so as long as you have genuine BD experience selling Clinical Trial Solutions, then it’s well worth a conversation to explore further.
