Initially, to drive wider European sales growth personally and through effective leadership and development of the sales team
In addition to direct sales, to develop and implement a “Partner Engagement Plan” to drive business via commercial partners
To develop and implement sound commercial strategy and plans for Europe, which harmonize with existing US strategy
What we are looking for:
A Senior BD Director or Sales Leader with robust experience and knowledge of European Pharma market, to lead by example driving sales growth, whilst organizing and enabling the sales team to generate new business across Europe
Needs to have an understanding of the Pharma “Life Cycle” processes i.e. Clinical, Regulatory and Quality and some experience in the ECM or Document Management space
Well connected, and respected in the Direct Market and Partner Channels (eg Veeva, Sparta & OpenText), though also with the ability to both create and capitalize on new contacts when necessary
An outward looking, proven sales leader with energy, enthusiasm and the desire to turn Europe into the commercial success it should be
A dynamic Sales Leader that thrives on personally creating and driving growth, whilst delivering the commercial leadership, commercial infrastructure, strategy and actions to enable the wider commercial team to become a self-sustaining success
