Base Salary: £80-£90K
OTE: £160-£170K

The Company:

Our client is an established and growing global Services Integration business, specialized in ECMDocument ManagementManaged Services and Business Consulting for the Pharma and Lifesciences markets. As part of a global growth plan, they are urgently looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage around 35 existing Tier 1 and Tier 2 Pharma accounts, and additionally a Senior Business Development Manager to create new Pharma business across Europe and subsequently beyond.

What we are looking for:

  • A proven Account Manager with demonstrable expertise managing and growing existing Pharma accounts.
  • Secondly, a proven Business Development Specialist with the drive, hunger and credentials to create new Pharma accounts across Europe
    • Experience in ECM, Document Management, IntegrationMigrationBusiness Consulting or Managed Services
    • Ideally, well connected, and respected in the direct Pharma Market and Partner Channels (eg Sparta, Generis, Veeva or OpenText)
    • Experience  selling Cloud or SaaS offerings and ideally services to Life Sciences
    • Needs an understanding of the Pharma “Life Cycle” processes i.e. ClinicalRegulatory and Quality
    • A proactive, proven and hands on Sales Professional with energy, enthusiasm and the desire to fully capitalize on a substantial European and global opportunity
