The Company:

Our client is an established and growing global Services Integration business, specialized in ECM, Document Management, Managed Services and Consulting for the Pharma and Lifesciences markets. They have identified a substantial opportunity in the US market, so are looking for an established Sales Director/ Individual Contributor with expertise in both Business Development, Account Management and Channel Management from selling ECM services into the US Pharma and Lifesciences markets.

What we are looking for:

  • A Senior BD Director or Account Director with robust experience and knowledge of the US Pharma market, to target the the US West Coast Pharma market
  • Needs to have an understanding of the Pharma “Life Cycle” processes i.e. Clinical, Regulatory and Quality and some experience in the ECM or Document Management space
  • Well connected, and respected in the Direct Market and Partner Channels (eg VeevaSparta, Generis,  & OpenText), though also with the ability to both create and capitalize on new contacts when necessary
  • Experience  selling Cloud or SaaS offerings in the US Life Sciences market
  • Expertise selling services to Pharma/ Life Sciences
  • An outward looking, proactive, proven Sales Director with energy, enthusiasm and the desire to fully capitalize on the substantial US market opportunity
  • A dynamic Sales Director who thrives on personally creating and driving growth, both directly and via channel partners
