Our client is an established and rapidly growing biotechnology organisation and global leader in gene delivery technologies. As a trusted partner for thousands of labs and biotech/pharma companies across the globe, they offer a full spectrum of gene delivery solutions covering virtually all research and clinical needs.
They are looking for a US Sales Director/Leader to lead and develop the US sales team.
What we are looking for:
- Hands on sales leadership in Life Science Sales (Molecular Biology). Alternatively, we are open to a Player Coach model, whereby the Sales Leader runs their own Sales Territory/Accounts whilst also leading the team.
- Demonstrable experience selling scientific services and/or products to Pharmaceutical and Biotech Companies, Research Institutions, Academic or Government Accounts
- Expertise managing a sales team, coaching and mentoring sales professionals at all levels and able to demonstrate sound results
- Located in the US, able to work remotely and travel within US when necessary.
