Mark Pickles here with Snowdon Talent and I’m going to kick the week off by sharing some details with you of a nice juicy Pharma Sales Director role.
So in short we’re looking for a seasoned US Sales Director on behalf of a growing Services Integration business, who have built up a solid reputation and deep expertise in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Services space selling into Pharma and Life Sciences.
The Sales Director will be an Individual Contributor, covering the small to medium US Pharma and Life Sciences Market. Whilst being an Individual Contributor, you would also be a valued member of the leadership team.
I see this role as being best suited to an experienced sales or BD Director from a large company background. Somebody who wants to get stuck in, and make a real tangible difference in a smaller company. So, we’re looking for a seasoned and yet energized and proactive Sales Director with expertise in both BD and Account Management.
The specific experiences we’re hoping for, include firstly selling Cloud or SaaS offerings to Pharma. Ideally Content Management related such as ECM or DMS Solutions (or ideally services).
Some sort of expertise specifically selling services to Pharma. And finally experience selling directly to Pharma whilst concomitantly working closely with Channel Partners, such as Veeva Vault, Open Text D2, Sparta Trackwise or Generis Cara.
