Hello, I’m Mark Pickles with Snowdon Talent.
I’m going to share with you some details of a new US Sales Leadership role. We’re looking for either an established sales leader, or alternatively, a proven sales performer with demonstrable sales leadership credentials who’s ready to step into a player-coach type role. You would be joining a rapidly growing biotechnology organization and also a global leader in Gene Delivery Solutions, which which cover virtually all research and clinical needs from bench to bedside. You would be responsible initially for leading a team of seven scientific territory managers, which is likely to increase substantially in size within the first 12 months.
The specific experiences we’re hoping for include a biology or a life sciences degree. Ideally, with some additional molecular biology experience. We also need to see some demonstrable sales leadership experience, and finally some experience selling services or products into Life Sciences. Ideally, including Pharma and biotech companies, academia research or government accounts. They are an established Global organization, going through an extremely rapid growth curve. So there will invariably be future opportunities to grow and develop. The role will be based remotely, and you will need to be open to travel across the US when necessary, They pay well, and for the right person, this could be a real opportunity for growth and development.
